Services Provided
Our office provides comprehensive eye exams, examinations for and fitting of contact lens, minor office surgery and Latisse beauty product. We also provide evaluation and preparation and post operative care for patients having refractive surgery with the new Ke Ala 'Ike laser center using the very lastest "Wave Front Laser" technology for LASIK, PRK, and LASEK procedures.
Insurance Participation
We participate with most Hawaiian insurers (we accept payment provided by these carriers IF patients are eligible for the services provided, are currently enrolled in the plans and have no outstanding, unpaid premiums which may disqualify payments to us). We also participate with Medicare. Check with your insurer or call our office if you are not sure about your parcicular insurance coverage. |
